In a large mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

Add the shredded halal chicken to the avocado mixture and mix thoroughly.
Fold in the chopped cilantro, diced red onion, cucumber, and celery for added crunch and flavor.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
Serve the avocado chicken salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving. It can be enjoyed on its own, in a sandwich, or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
